Sherry McKay, Strategic Planning Manager
Sherry manages and supports CCL strategic initiatives related to operational effectiveness, workforce development, and new business development. Sherry began her career at CCL in 1996 as a regional manager, opening several new assisted living communities, refining existing operations and implementing new programs and services. She later became Director of Operations, providing operational oversight for 14 assisted living facilities, while assisting several others in various stages of development.
Sherry has a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with a Health Administration concentration, from Portland State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Service Administration from Ithaca College. Sherry has held leadership positions as board member for both the Oregon Assisted Living Facilities Association (now part of the Oregon Health Care Association) and the Oregon Alliance for Senior and Health Services.
