In 1990, Concepts In Community Living, Inc., (CCL) led in the development of the first Licensed Assisted Living Facility in the country, Rackleff Place in Canby, Oregon. Since that time, CCL has continued to innovate and support developers, operators, and non-profit community board members to develop, open, and manage similar senior living communities nationwide.
Our objective remains, help create affordable senior living communities which resemble the comforts of home, reflect the culture of the area, emphasize resident autonomy, and deliver the highest quality of service.
