CCL proudly opened Rackleff Place (Rackleff House at the time) in 1990 making history as one of the first assisted living communities of its kind. This community received considerable attention in the local and national media for representing an innovative new model of long-term care. CCL successfully managed Rackleff until 1994 and then again in 2010 CCL became both a co-owner and management company for this premier community.
