Our senior living communities exude a sense of shared ownership, reflect the warmth of family, and honor the uniqueness of each individual we serve. CCL manages a plethora of senior living options, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Residential Care.
Independent Living Communities are designed for those who do not want the demands of home ownership, but want to continue to live independently. Tenants generally rent their apartments and building staff may or may not live on-site. Our independent living communities offer security, access to common areas, activities, and some form of emergency call service.
Assisted Living Communities are licensed by the state, and employ trained staff around the clock to provide residents with personal services, such as assistance with bathing, medications, and monitoring chronic health conditions, meals, social and recreational programming, transportation coordination and housekeeping services. Our communities offer residents private apartments, equipped with a kitchenette, emergency call system, and private bathroom – all in a secure and supportive living community.
Residential Care Communities are also licensed by the state and are very similar to assisted living communities in terms of services offered and 24-hour staff on-site. The main difference is in the building requirements. Residential Care Communities may offer shared apartments and shared bathrooms, however most of CCL’s residential care communities offer private apartments with private bathrooms.
