Ryan Dupuy
Ryan Dupuy was born and raised in Pasco, Washington where his extended family still resides. He graduated from Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Care Administration and became an Assisted Living Administrator in 2009. Recently, Ryan completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University. Ryan has been an Assisted Living Administrator since 2010 and is a member of the Oregon Alliance of Senior and Health Services. Ryan is the proud parent of 2 daughters and 4 sons and spends as much time as he can attending his families sporting events.
Ryan is committed to providing outstanding services at the Aspens and making positive contributions to the community at large. Ryan says, “I feel blessed to be a part of such a wonderful organization and community and it is such a joy to be surrounded by so much knowledge and experience. Every day is a great day to come to work at The Aspens.”
Assistant Director
Bonnie Carper
Bonnie Carper, Assistant Director at The Aspens, began her career in assisted living as a caregiver at The Aspens in 2010. Bonnie worked her way up to Medication Service Assistant, and was then proud to accept the position of Assistant Director. Bonnie has lived in Harney County for 30 years, and has three children and 12 grandchildren.
Nurse
Laurie Sparks
Laurie Sparks began working at The Aspens as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2014. Laurie’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from Oregon State University.
Laurie has lived in Harney County for over four years, is married and has two young children.
Non-Profit Ownership
The inspiration, development and ownership of The Aspens is thanks to a group of insightful and dedicated local citizens and community leaders who govern a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization, Harney Pioneer Homes, Inc. Their mission is to improve affordable housing options for senior and disabled adults in Harney County. It is a dream come true for residents of Harney County and one in which the entire community can be proud.
