Lynnette Alvarado, CEO
As CEO, Lynnette provides oversight, guidance and direction for CCL, which includes operations of our assisted living, memory care and residential care communities. Lynnette has served in the assisted living industry for over 20 years and has dedicated much of her life to this industry and the residents and families it serves. Lynnette joined CCL in March of 2003 serving at Wildwood Canyon Villa Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in California. Lynnette started working as a medication supervisor followed by a family support guide working in care management. She brought her skills and experiences into a marketing role serving as a Marketing Director, then as an Assistant Director and finally as the Executive Director at Wildwood Canyon Villa.
With Lynnette’s vast experience in the industry she comes to the home office to assist with overseeing the operations of every community CCL manages. Lynnette believes, “Experiencing every piece of assisted living has brought the greater appreciation not only for the residents and families that I serve, but for the dedicate and compassionate staff that make it all happen. My goal is to continue to be an advocate for seniors in assisted living and memory care communities by offering the highest quality of care and support for those in need.”
Lynnette has served on the Alzheimer’s Association Leadership Board, Alzheimer’s Association Walk Committee, Chairman for Chamber of Commerce, Hospice Support, Memories in the Making Pilot Program (Alzheimer’s Association), ASA Leadership Academy, Rotary and The Center (LGBT Volunteer Program)
