Are we allowed window visits?

Please contact the Director to inquire about the safety and feasibility of a window visit with your loved one. This could potentially be permitted; however, it will depend on the safety of the area surrounding the window. If permitted, window visits must occur with the window closed. The family member would call the resident and speak with them while standing outside their closed window.
