Johnnie McQuilkin, Senior Regional Director of Operations
Johnnie has been with Concepts in Community Living since 2014, serving as the Executive Director of Juniper Assisted Living/Memory Care prior to her role as Regional Director. Johnnie has worked in health care for over 30 years in a variety of settings, including long-term care, hospitals and with intellectually disabled individuals.
Johnnie enjoys helping her employees and coworkers succeed, and most of all working with the residents and families.
