Willow Place was originally named Huffman House and was opened by Concepts in Community Living, Inc. in 1991. As Newberg’s first assisted living community, the project was financed by a small group of local investors and a loan from Oregon Housing and Community Services. Under a lease that expired in 2009, CCL is again involved as both a co-owner and management firm in the success of Willow Place.
Willow Place offers individualized personal care plans including management of chronic care needs and memory support services for frail elderly or adults with disabilities. Additionally, respite and hospice care options are also available.
