Adams House opened in 1996 as the first of its kind, and remains today, the only assisted living community in the lower Umpqua Valley. CCL was pleased to be asked to manage this community in late 1998. Adams House has received numerous deficiency-free state surveys, maintains low staff turnover and is fortunate to have outstanding leadership by the same director for over a decade.
Adams House offers individualized personal care plans including management of chronic care needs and memory support services for frail elderly or adults with disabilities. Additionally, respite and hospice care options are also available.
