Molly Peirce, Human Resources
Molly joined CCL in June of 2015. Her background is in assisted living, having spent 20 years supporting local assisted living communities. Her broad experience includes employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, workers compensation, employee leaves, employee recognition, compensation review, leadership support and payroll.
Molly enjoys providing support to CCL directors, operations, the leadership team and the employees that work at each of CCL’s buildings.
