Amy Perkett, Regional Director of Operations
Amy manages CCL quality improvement activities, provides operational advice and supports development consulting services. This includes conducting quality assurance reviews and managing satisfaction surveys for all CCL-managed communities. She also specializes in new building plan reviews and initial building purchases, handling all FF&E and design consultation with architects and others during a project’s development.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration and a Certificate in Gerontology from Oregon State University.
Amy has a long, hands-on history of determining what works and what doesn't work, whether operationally or in terms of building layout, furnishings, and environments for seniors.
